India’s madison beer festival goes on for another week

MADISON, India — Madison Beer, a subsidiary of the German brewing giant Busch, is holding its second annual madison beers festival on Sunday.

The festival, which will feature 12 craft breweries, is scheduled to take place in the village of Jatarpur in Madhya Pradesh state, the state’s largest city.

“Madison Beer Festival has become a symbol of the passion of the Madhya Sangram,” said Madhya Sena chief Kavita Gupta.

“We are so grateful to the brewers who have contributed to the festival’s success.

The beer, as the name suggests, is made from madison.”

The festival’s organizers say it is the largest festival in India, with more than 50,000 participants.
